super staff great location easy arrival
Elisa was great. She checked us in. She also showed us our rooms. The location rules! It is right next to the train station. It made arrival super easy. I liked that it was walking distance to all the spots.
I had an issue with the noise levels. Fresh air was tough while sleeping. If I opened the door the noise was way too much. The air was not ideal.

location, location... but not much else
inconsistent shower uncontrollable air conditioning
the air conditioning was supposedly controlled by the city. i was told this after i complained. it was a bit warm in the room and not really controllable. the shower temperature was also inconsistent. it would suddenly get very hot or cold, a rather unpleasant surprise.

convenient location easy access welcome drink
The hotel's location was super convenient since it was right across from the train station! I really liked that it was easy to get to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. The welcome drink was very much appreciated. It was a nice touch after a long trip!
The street outside can be a little noisy sometimes.

mold spot leaky shower
the hotel location was convenient near the train station.
The room needed better maintenance. i found mold spots in the bathroom. The shower leaked, soaking towels. i also noticed stains on the back of the door. These issues.

direct access clean space varied selection
The train station is directly accessible from the hotel. My room was a very clean space. Breakfast offered varied selections that were delicious.
The bathroom drainage presented a slight inconvenience.

Unexpected Treats Near the Station
warm welcome complimentary drinks thoughtful staff stored luggage
i found a very warm welcome at this spot. they greeted me with complimentary drinks at check-in. the staff stored my luggage because my room wasnt quite ready. i came back to find my bags already in the room, a nice little thing to experience.
the hairdryer felt a bit old, i've seen better ones in simpler places. it worked, but it was a detail that stood out a little.

breakfast options attentive staff convenient location clean rooms
the breakfast was good with many options available. staff members were attentive. the location was convenient near the train station. the rooms were clean and the hotel provided direct tram connection to the airport.
the air conditioning did not work i had to keep the window open at night the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep
